Plastic Pause

A three-part initiative designed to reduce our reliance on single-use plastics.

The oceans are filled to breaking point with the amount of plastic being dumped into it every second of the day. This affects marine wildlife and is harming human health exponentially. Apparently, the average human consumes the a credit card’s worth of plastic every week!

The Plastic Pause is a multi-faceted approach to slowing this problem down to a stop. A problem this massive requires a solution of equal size. Three main components within this initiative directly target three demographics, ensuring mass adoption through incentivisation and encouragement. These elements were developed as a key findings highlighted how the individual felt they had little to no power and that encouraging and positive messaging are most effective when provoking change for good.
